Supplying printouts of electronic publications for library users

Users of legal deposit libraries may only print one copy of a reasonable portion of any deposited work, for non-commercial research or other defined 'fair dealing' purposes, such as court proceedings, statutory enquiry, criticism and review or journalism.

A declaration must be signed by any user wishing to print out a portion of deposited material.

Users may not make any digital copies, except by specific and explicit licence from the publisher.
