Fast-stream Service
We aim to respond to all written photocopy orders within two weeks of receiving the order. However, as this may not be quick enough for some users, we have introduced a fast-stream service, subject to staff and equipment availability.
Fast-stream photocopy orders will be ready for collection (or mailing) by 4pm on the next working day after the order is placed. Orders received before 10am are usually ready for collection on 4pm the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Always contact Map Collections staff first to check the availability of the fast-stream service.
