Author, folklorist, ethnologist and singer Margaret Bennett gave a talk at the National Library of Scotland about Scottish customs.
She held our audience spellbound with stories of Scottish tradition spanning the generations. To everyone's delight she also illustrated some of these fascinating stories with some Gaelic song.
Margaret's book 'Scottish customs' spans several centuries and is regarded as one of the most authoritative works exploring childbirth to burial and all that lies between.
