John Murray Archive
This catalogue contains descriptions of items in the John Murray Archive. It includes brief descriptions of all the bound volumes and files of loose papers. There are also some entries for individual documents. The archive is divided into eight series, which are groups of related documents.
We are developing a more detailed catalogue which will include descriptions of all of the documents in the archive.

The Byron papers series has been temporarily excluded because we are adjusting the numbering of this part of the archive. The papers themselves remain fully available for consultation as normal.
