Bookbindings submitted for the Elizabeth Soutar Bookbinding Award go on display at the National Library of Scotland from 2-16 March.
Among them will be the two bindings that won the competition this year.
Toby Gough of Sweden took the 'Best craft binding' prize for his beautifully bound edition of 'Skägård'. Portugal's Antonio Leal, who now lives in France, won the 'Best creative binding' title for his bound edition of 'Mascarades'.
All the bindings submitted for the award each year are added to our collection of fine bindings.
The display is open daily and entry is free. See exhibition opening times.
