ILRS charges
Inter-Library Request Service charges are based on rates agreed between various libraries and are therefore liable to change due to factors beyond our control.

| Cancellation by requester
once a request has been put into the inter-library loan
system. Note: It is not always possible to cancel a request once it is in the system. If cancellation is successful, the initial fee will be refunded minus this charge. If a request cannot be cancelled, then no refund is possible. |

Note 1: The Fast Track service is designed for urgently required material. Our staff will contact potential suppliers by telephone, fax, etc., in an attempt to meet your deadline.
Note 2: The cost of borrowing theses can vary considerably, depending on the policies of the owning library.
