Orientation tour for new readers

Want to know the basics of how to use the National Library now that you have a library card?
For new readers we offer orientation tours of the George IV Bridge reading rooms and reader services.
These free tours last 20 minutes at most and take place three days a week:
- Tuesday — 11.00
- Wednesday — 19.00
- Thursday — 14.00.

You can also have a separate 30-minute training session on how to use our main catalogue.
