Charges for map copies

We can supply colour prints, black and white photocopies, JPEG images or TIFF images of maps. 

The price of colour prints and black and white photocopies varies depending on the paper size. Maps are usually copied at their original size, but we can enlarge or reduce them if needed. When copying maps we maintain the proportions of the original, so a map may not fill the sheet of paper in all dimensions.

Please note that we cannot send prints and photocopies larger than A1 size outside the United Kingdom. Prices apply from 15 June 2021.

• A0 (flat sheets only): £10.20 with VAT; no VAT — £8.50.

Minimum charges apply for orders delivered by post. These are as follows:

• UK: £12.60 with VAT; no VAT — £10.50
• EU: £14.00 (no VAT)
• Rest of the world: £16.00 (no VAT)

• A JPEG image to download costs £10.80 with VAT or £9.00 without VAT if an image of the map already exists
• A JPEG image to download costs £13.80 with VAT or £11.50 without VAT if we need to make a new scan
• A TIFF image to download costs £16.80 with VAT or £14.00 without VAT if an image of the map already exists
• A TIFF image to download costs £19.20 with VAT or £16.00 without VAT if we need to make a new scan.

All items are sent by first class mail within the United Kingdom, or by airmail if posted abroad. Please note that prints and photocopies larger than A1 size can only be sent within the United Kingdom.

A3 or larger prints and photocopies are sent rolled, and in a tube for protection. A4 prints are sent in an envelope.
