Audio recording of event on 20 May 2013
Andrew Grieg and Jim Hutchinson offer music and poetry inspired by Andrew's sea-faring adventures to uninhabited Scottish isles.
Andrew shares in his experiences of ‘sailing small boats in scary open waters’ as he recounts the tale of his open dinghy voyage from Stromness to Cava. Written in six weeks, his book 'Found at sea' is a 'very wee epic' about sailing, male friendship and a voyage.
Included are readings from Andrew's 'Getting higher: The complete mountain poem', with Jim providing musical accompaniment.
