Prices apply from 3 April 2023 and are subject to change. Minimum charges apply. 

• A4 (210 x 297mm) - £1.00 with VAT; no VAT — £0.83 (see maps note)
• A3 (297 x 420mm) - £1.10 with VAT; no VAT — £0.92 (see maps note)
• A2 (420 x 594mm) - £10.20 with VAT; no VAT — £8.50
• A1 (594 x 841mm) - £11.40 with VAT; no VAT — £9.50
• A0 (841 x 1189mm): flat sheet only - £12.60 with VAT; no VAT — £10.50.

Self-service copying (restrictions may apply):

• Scans — £0.20 per scan;
• A4 black and white copies — £0.30 per page;
• A3 black and white copies — £0.40 per page.

Add cash credit to your library card at the top-up kiosk.

• A4 (210 x 297mm) — £1.80 with VAT; no VAT — £1.50 (see maps note)
• A3 (297 x 420mm) — £3.60 with VAT; no VAT — £3.00 (see maps note).

Maps: A3 and A4 copies are not normally available for maps.

• A4 — £1.30 with VAT; no VAT — £1.08
• A3 — £1.80 with VAT; no VAT — £1.50
• A2 — £7.20 with VAT; no VAT — £6.00
• A1 — £8.70 with VAT; no VAT — £7.25.

We apply these minimum charges to all orders:

• UK — £15.00 with VAT; no VAT — £12.50
• EU countries — £16.00 (no VAT)
• Rest of the world — £18.00 (no VAT).

For orders supplied in envelopes by tracked mail – large letter (A4 or A3 sized envelope):

• UK — £7.26 with VAT; no VAT - £6.05
• EU countries — £11.50 (no VAT)
• Rest of the world — £17.50 (no VAT)

For orders supplied in tubes by tracked mail – parcel (A2, A1 & A0 sized tube):

• UK — £13.86 with VAT; no VAT – £11.55
• EU countries — £15.95 (no VAT)
• Rest of the world —  £27.00 (no VAT).

EU customers should note that since Brexit orders received by post will be their responsibility regarding any VAT, import duties and courier admin charges that may apply to the host country.
