National Library of Scotland

Work-life balance

  • 36.5 days of annual leave, including six days of public holidays, increasing to 41.5 days after five years of service.

  • The opportunity to 'buy' up to two weeks additional annual leave each year.

  • We have a flexi-time system which offers flexibility in your working time.
