Creative writing: Rain
Inspired by our Rain exhibition, this series of three workshops will explore the rhythms, sounds, moods and patterns of rain and weather through creative writing.
Each session will have a different focus and writing prompts. You can attend one or more of the workshops.
The sessions will be led by writer Lynn Davidson and are open to anyone interested in developing their writing skills.
Workshop dates
Tuesday 13 October: Rain on the roof: Sheltering and sharing stories
Tuesday 3 November: Stuttering, pattering, patterning: The rhythms and sounds of rain
Tuesday 1 December: Murmurations of rain: Inviting shapes of rain onto the page
Please ensure you book a ticket for each workshop you would like to attend.
