Discover the story behind The Library of Mistakes. The innovative library dedicated to the study of financial history opened in Edinburgh in March 2014 with the aim of 'changing the world one mistake at a time'.

Founding members Russell Napier and Helen Williams will discuss the origins of the library and how it has developed over its first 12 years.

Now approaching the 12th anniversary of its opening, there are Libraries of Mistakes at Pune in India, Lausanne in Switzerland and Montreal in Canada. These libraries and the events programmes associated with them are the brainchild of Russell Napier.

Helen has worked for the London Library, the British Library and the National Library of Scotland. In 2013 she was asked to do a couple of weeks cataloguing in preparation for the launch of the Library of Mistakes, and is still there.
