Directors board, film rolls and scissors decorate a table.

Join us for a summer of free film-themed activities in the National Library of Scotland at Kelvin Hall.

We'll be exploring different aspects of film making including sound, animation, costume and film posters. There will be crafts, hands on activities, a film trail and film quizzes all inspired by the silver screen.

There will also be opportunities to explore our collection of films about different aspects of life in Scotland.

All activities are free and available on a drop-in basis during our opening times.
